Significant pressures confront the solar industry to both lower raw materials costs and increase product efficiency in order to compete with traditional grid power systems. Creative Materials offers new product advancements to replace solder materials, which are neither environmentally friendly nor efficient. Our 124-08 is recommended to replace solder in the building of solar arrays. Available as a two-component and one-component pre-catalyzed epoxy adhesive, 124-08 offers excellent bond strength, superior flexibility, and a low-temperature cure.

Thin film photovoltaic technology is one of the emerging applications for 125-13HV and 118-09C. Used to print grid lines on thin film solar cells, these products have excellent adhesion to TCOs, exceptional flexibility, and can be used as a conductive adhesive to build solar arrays. These products are resistant to scratching and creasing and offer excellent adhesion to TCOs, silicon, polyimide polymer film, polyester film, glass, polycarbonate, and other substrates.
