Inks, Coatings & Films
for Medical Devices
Creative Materials Inc. produces a wide variety of medical grade
conductive inks, coatings and films. The following examples show
some of the more popular applications:
- 117-43
- A screen-printable, silver/silver chloride, waterborne medical
grade conductive ink and coating. Applications for this material
include but are not limited to: medical electrodes, static elimination,
EMI/RFI shielding and membrane switches. 117-43 is a good alternative
for corporations where VOC’s are a concern.
- 113-09
- A silver/silver chloride, medical grade, electrically conductive
ink and coating suitable for application by syringe dispensing
and dipping. Some applications of this material include, but
are not limited to: transdermal drug delivery, ECG electrodes,
TENS electrodes, and muscle stimulator electrodes. 113-09 is
ready to use as supplied. This product features excellent adhesion
to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other substrates.
- 117-23
- A medical grade, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive
suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, dipping
and syringe dispensing. 117-23 is ready to use as supplied. Unlike
conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant
to flexing and creasing.
- 114-26A and 114-26B
- Electrically conductive polymer coated films used for electrical
static dissipation and for fabricating electrodes in testing
applications. This product has been formulated to have improved
conductivity and high electrical dissipation properties.
