Opening of New Corporate Headquarters

Decembere 2011—We are pleased to announce our move to our new facility in Ayer, Massachusetts. Organic business expansion over the past several years motivated our move in August 2011 to a new corporate center, which will allow us to keep up with the increased demand for our products and services. Our new site is more than three times the size of our previous location and will permit us to expand to accommodate future growth. See the full press release.

Adhesives for Crystal Oscillator Circuits

June 2011 - Creative Materials, Inc., manufactures electrically conductive and electrically insulating adhesives for quartz oscillator circuits. These products are low-stress adhesives and feature excellent thermal stability. Thermal Management Using Creative Materials’ 109-12 and newly released
125-31C

February 2011 - Creative Materials announces a new product that is customized for thermal management applications—125-31C, Syringe-Dispensable Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive, which joins our successful standard product line of thermally conductive epoxies, including 109-12, 108-50, and 111-17. Formulated for use in the manufacture of computer components and LEDs, these products are highly effective thermal epoxies for the interface between a heat-producing component and a heat-sink. Conductive Tapes and Films

January 1, 2011 - Creative Materials, Inc., announces a new series of pressure sensitive tapes. This line of tapes is anisotropically conductive, available either as pressure sensitive double-sided tape or as adhesive-transfer film in thicknesses from 0.002” to 0.010”. These products are designed for many applications, some of which include use in the fabrication of solar cells and modules, and to replace solder and/or conductive adhesive connections. In addition, the tapes can be used as bus bar materials for a wide variety of printed electronics applications, including touch panels, liquid crystal displays, electro-chromatic displays, and electro-luminescent displays.See the full press release.

Product Announcement: Electrically Conductive Fine-Line Epoxy Ink Recommended for Printed Electronics Applications

October 2010--Creative Materials, Inc., introduces 125-26, an exceptional conductive ink for screen- printing circuits with fine-line widths and spaces. Creative Materials is expanding its line of products for the printed electronics market. Our newest product, 125-26A/B119-44 is a flexible two-part epoxy ink that features superior adhesion to ITO-coated surfaces and other low surface-energy substrates. Flexible Electrically Conductive Adhesive Family as Solder Replacements in Solar Cells

September 1, 2010 - Creative Materials, Inc., introduces 124-08 to address cost and efficiency concerns in the solar industry. As a replacement for lead solder materials, 124-08 offers strong flexible bonding of solar array components, which are increasingly manufactured to thinner tolerances and with larger surface areas. In addition, 124-08's low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) is more compatible with the composition of thin film photovoltaic cells, which improves the cells' performance in production and in service.See the full press release.

June 1, 2010 - Creative Materials, Inc., introduces 118-09C, a conductive ink used in touch screens, fine-line circuits, and flexible solar cell applications. This new ink has become one of our key products due to its applicability to the current market in printed electronics and electronic paper display technologies. Characteristics such as adhesion to ITO, as well as resistance to creasing and solvent attack, make 118-09C an excellent choice for even the most demanding applications. Two Part Electrically Conductive, Epoxy Adhesive 118-15A/B now available in convient bi-packs

March 9, 2007 - Creative Materials, Inc, a leading manufacturer of electrically conductive inks, coatings and adhesives, had announced the availability of 118-15A/B, a  two part electrically conductive epoxy adhesive, in a convenient 5 gram ratio bi-pack.  This special packaging provides a small amount of epoxy adhesive available for use without the necessity of  time consuming weighing.  The  bi-pack when properly stored has the substantial shelf life of 12 months.  The mixed 118-15A/B has pot life of 4 days if it extruded into a small container with a tight seal and stored at room temperature.
