Creative Materials Convenient Packaging of 118-15Two Part Electrically Conductive, Epoxy Adhesive 118-15A/B in convenient bi-packs Tyngsboro, MA March 9, 2007 – Creative Materials, Inc, a leading manufacturer of electrically conductive inks, coatings and adhesives, had announced the availability of 118-15A/B, a two part electrically conductive epoxy adhesive, in a convenient 5 gram ratio bi-pack. This special packaging provides a small amount of epoxy adhesive available for use without the necessity of time consuming weighing. The bi-pack when properly stored has the substantial shelf life of 12 months. The mixed 118-15A/B has pot life of 4 days if it extruded into a small container with a tight seal and stored at room temperature. 118-15A/B is designed for use in making electrical and mechanical attachments on electrically components and devices and bonding surface mount devices to rigid PC boards, as well as in thick film circuitry and flip chip applications. 118-15A/B is a heat cured product which can be cured in range of temperatures from 90 minutes @ 80 degrees C to 1 minute at 175 degrees C.
