Creative Materials Incorporated develops and markets specialty chemical products to customers world-wide. Founded in 1986, Creative Materials has administrative and research headquarters in Ayer, MA. We have additional manufacturing facilities in three other Massachusetts and New Hampshire communities. The executive management of Creative Materials brings together more than fifty years of experience in manufacturing and the development of specialty chemical products.

Our custom-formulated lines of encapsulants and electrically conductive adhesives, inks, and coatings are used in a variety of electronic and medical applications, including:

  • Printed circuitry and semiconductor packages
  • EMI and RFI shielding of plastic parts and polymide flexible circuits and ribbon cables
  • Polymer thick-film circuitry, membrane switches, and electrical terminations
  • Printed batteries
  • Bonding capacitors
  • Producing electrodes
  • Manufacturing medical devices

Typical users of Creative Materials' products are manufacturers of electronics for , computers, keyboards, cell phones, automobiles and aerospace; medical suppliers of electrodes, medical instruments and devices, producers of heating equipment; as well as inventors of all kinds.

We work with customers to modify standard products or create new products that meet individual user requirements. Creative Materials' research and development staff prides itself on its ability to respond to customers' special needs. To further assist customers, Creative Materials' staff can providecustom printing of Creative Materials' products. Recently Creative Materials developed an entire line of conductive inks which can be applied through pad-printing, a process that allows printing on contoured and uneven surfaces.
