Creative Materials formulates and manufactures a variety of silver-silver chloride (Ag-AgCl) inks for sensors, ECG, EEG, TENS and defibrillator electrodes. We develop our inks to offer a range of ratios (Ag:AgCl) in order to match a specific ink with electrode requirements for sensitivity and conductivity. Silver-silver chloride electrically conductive inks are suitable for application by screen printing, pad printing, syringe dispensing, dipping and spraying as well a by flexographic and rotogravure printing methods and can be applied to a variety of substrates such as polyimide, PEEK, PET, polycarbonate and glass. CMI medical electrodes inks demonstrate varied characteristics including ink with compatibility to high salt-content hydrogels, waterborne ink, and abrasion resistant inks.
Some of our best selling inks are 113-09 (flexible, screen-printable), 117-23 (extremely flexible), 117-43 (waterborne), 125-20 and 125-21 (chemically resistant to electrode gels).
