Creative Materials’ standard and custom formulations of silicone adhesives feature flexibility, heat resistance and moisture resistance. Typical applications for our silicone adhesives include manufacturing and assembly of consumer, aerospace and industrial products and components. Our 102-32D is an improvement on a very mature product, 102-32, and provides longer pot- and shelf-life.
Our silicone adhesives adhere well to PTFE, silicone, and other low-surface-energy substrates, and can be applied by spraying, screen-printing and syringe dispensing. Silicone adhesives exhibit good electrical properties and are often used when a wide-range of operating temperatures and high-temperature resistance are required. Their other advantages include little exothermic heat rise during cure, and resiliency when bonding substrates with dissimilar coefficients of thermal expansion.
Creative Materials’ standard and custom formulations of electrically conductive silicone inks feature flexibility, heat resistance and moisture resistance. They allow for very high temperature resistance in aerospace applications and solvent resistance to products such as jet fuel. Their overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength, printability and high-temperature holding power provide cost-effective versatility across a wide-range of coating, printing, fastening and bonding applications. Our silicone inks and coatings are flexible, re-workable, and electrically conductive, making them ideal for EMI/RFI shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress-sensitive devices.
Resistant to flexing and creasing, Creative Materials’ electrically conductive silicone inks offer a distinct solution for bonding to silicone substrates and surfaces, as well as some types of Teflon® surfaces and rubber surfaces. Our electrically conductive silicone inks and coatings are suitable for application by screen printing, syringe dispensing, dipping and spraying.
