Product Recommendation

Creative Materials offers a wide variety of functional inks for the expanding requirements for flexible heaters. Our resistive heating-element inks, bus-bar inks, and encapsulants adhere to a wide variety of substrates, including polyimide, polyester, polycarbonate, urethanes, ITO, and other low-surface-energy substrates such as silicone and PTFE.

Applications include radiant heating, de-icing, de-fogging, cauterization, wearable heaters, aerospace, and diagnostic test cards. Advanced technologies include ultra-high-temperature products with thermal stability over 400°C. Custom formulations available for specific application requirements.

Application methods include spraying, screen-printing, flexography, rotogravure and syringe dispensing. These materials exhibit good electrical properties and are often used when a wide-range of operating temperatures and high-temperature resistance are required. Other advantages of these products include ease of use and low cost.
